PROBLEM: The Cafeteria’s original flat tar roof has many leaks that drip on kitchen equipment, cooking areas, floors and furniture. It was almost 60 years old! SOLUTION: By replacing the roof and covered walkway of our Cafeteria, and adding roof trusses to enhance water run-off, our ventilation and mechanical systems will be protected from moisture. It will also preserve the integrity of the Cafeteria’s foundation and structure.
