PROBLEM: Our existing bathhouse is “old school” without limited privacy for both showers and toilets. There are no private family facilities. Patrons desire a washer and dryer. SOLUTION: A new bathhouse, approximately 500 square feet, will be built. Patrons look forward to individual restrooms, private family restrooms with showers and a laundry area with sufficient folding areas. Some handicapped restrooms/shower rooms will be provided.
