PROBLEM: Our community is growing, and due to the limited exchange of existing cottages, we must expand to meet the increasing demand of cottage ownership on the campground. SOLUTION: The Board of Trustees has made acreage available for a new neighborhood to be developed. Cottage homes and a park* will be located on this property. The cottage homes will be Owner-contracted or Owner-built. Funds for this project will cover the expense of clearing the land and developing infrastructure (plumbing, sewer, water, electricity, etc.). *Pending Butts County zoning approvals.
